Selection of Stalls
Places at the Makers' Market are limited; applications will be approved at the discretion of the Market Planning Team.
Preference will be given to local artisans/makers whose products are:
- Ethical / fair trade
- Created using sustainable and/or local materials
Applications close on 17 February. Stall-holders will be notified of the outcome of their application by 22 February 2018.
We have introduced a small fee for stall-holders to help cover costs. The cost of an indoor stall is $20; outdoor stalls (undercover) are $15. Successful applicants must pay their stall fee within 7 days of their application being approved in order to secure their place at the Market.
Stall Size & Equipment
Market Stalls will each be allocated space of 1800x1500mm, which fits one standard trestle table (1800x750mm) plus room for serving and storage.
Kew Baptist (KBC) has a limited number of trestle tables (1800x750mm) available for a small hire fee of $5. These will be allocated by 'first in, best dressed'.
Stall-holders providing their own tables must comply with the same space allocations.

Bump out for stall-holders commences at 3pm and all stalls must be bumped out by 4pm (early departures are not permitted).

KBC will take reasonable steps to ensure the safe preservation of Market items, though stall-holders are ultimately responsible for their own items.
